Reuven has a Master's Degree in International Relations from Syracuse University, and has studied comparative religion and education. He currently resides and teaches Torah, history, and mysticism in Jerusalem, where he continues to pursue his own learning.

Reuven has served in the Peace Corps; administered an international literacy program; headed an educational services corporation; taught Zen meditation and led outdoor wilderness adventures in California Sierra Mountains.

Reuven has been leading tours and communicating the mystery and greatness of Israel since 1982. His enthusiasm for Torah learning and spirituality, and his love for the land and culture of Israel have been a source of inspiration and joy to those who have traveled with him.
